At Exams Academy, we are committed to providing high-quality training courses to help you prepare for the TSA Exam. However, we understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to request a refund.

This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be granted. By purchasing our course, you agree to the terms stated below.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Due to the digital nature of our courses, refunds are granted under limited circumstances in compliance with U.S. consumer protection laws. Refund eligibility depends on the following factors:

a) Refund Period

  • We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase.
  • If you are not satisfied with the course, you may request a full refund within 7 days, provided that you have not completed more than 20% of the course content.

b) Ineligible Refund Requests

Refunds will not be granted under the following circumstances:

  • If more than 20% of the course has been accessed or completed.
  • If the refund request is made after 7 days from the purchase date.
  • If the course was purchased during a promotional sale that explicitly states “No Refunds.”
  •  If the request is based on lack of motivation, change of mind, or failure to pass the TSA Exam after completing the course.
  • If the purchase was made by mistake but the course has already been accessed.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

2.1. Email us at support@tsaexamsacademy.com with the subject line “Refund Request – [Your Order Number]”.

2.2 Include the following details in your email:

  • Your full name and email address used for purchase.
  • The order number and date of purchase.
  • The reason for your refund request.

2.3. Our team will review your request within 5 business days and notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.

3. Processing Refunds

  • If your refund is approved, the amount will be credited back to the original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • Refunds are processed only in USD ($) and will not include any foreign exchange differences or transaction fees applied by your bank.
  • If you paid via Stripe, your refund will be processed through the Stripe payment gateway.

4. Course Cancellations by Exams Academy

In rare cases, we may need to cancel or discontinue a course due to unforeseen circumstances. If this happens:

  • You will receive a full refund, regardless of your progress in the course.
  • Alternatively, we may offer you a credit to enroll in another course of equal value.

5. Exceptions (Force Majeure Policy)

We understand that unexpected personal circumstances may arise. If you experience:

  • A medical emergency (hospitalization, serious illness).
  • A military deployment.
  • A family emergency (death of an immediate family member).

You may request a refund exception by providing supporting documentation. These requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
